I see no reason why DAZ wouldn't want more people using their figures (in Poser or otherwise) - and therefore buying more from their store. Even if FBX has finally started working for G8, it's still rather cumbersome, limited, and not for everyone.

I find an orthodox method to make poser figures to DAZ G8F just using Face Transfer plug-in for DAZ studio just need a photo of the figure rendered in Poser 11-13 example la femme. Then the plug-in make 6 skins mats and the morph. A good point to start but need Genesis 8 female in order to work and DAZ studio to support the plug-in. If you feel complicated a couple of YouTube tutorials explain all the easy process. Also works for males but also need Genesis 8 male and the plug-in.and DAZ studio.

Just a reminder that the resulting figure is only for your personal, non commercial use, and can't be sold, as the likeness is the property of the original creator of the figure :).
