I'm so jealous Chris, as I haven't had lobster for years. Foruntately, one of the restaurants not too far from here serves my second favorite seafood dinner, soft shell crab (when it's in season). Yummmmmmmmmmmmmy. :D

Oh, and congrats on the contact with R'osity. Glad to hear that's starting up again. ;)

I had a lobster once on Nantucket Island when I was organizing meals and what not for the elderhostel program. By the time I managed to get to any meat ... it was cold. And then because I dealt with the lobster first, my baked potato was WAAAY cold by the time I got to it. Not my favorite meal experience ever. I should have eaten the potato first and skipped the lobster completely.

Actually I would say it's probably about 50/50 here in terms of forum users...we have also a lot of people who are happy to give both programs a go though also. I used to think the same as Jodel at one point that there was more support for Poser content. I think that's changing a bit though with more people on both sides willing to either team up or learn the new software. An example of this is AetherDream used to do just Poser but now does both(which I really appreciate as I love your characters AD).
Ahh you are so sweet Pendraia! I think the difference over here is that most of us here are into the art, and there is less focus on what program we favor. I think there is a great atmosphere of sharing knowledge and helping each other out. There are a lot of forum members over here who have graciously shared their knowledge with me, both Poser and DS users. It is less about the who uses what and a lot about what works for the individual to create the art they want to to create. I do my best to support both because I want this community to have both options. I have found things that I like about each of the programs, things they each do differently and it is refreshing to focus on just creating the best art I can. For that, even though I most frequently use Poser, I like to use both programs now!

Well as to a new release, the Dawn SE bundle turned up on Rendo within the last week or so. It's fairly pricy, but it looks good. Don't know whether it's generated many sales though.
I just picked up Dawn SE this past weekend. I hadn't got it before, because of the price, but this weekend, it was on sale and with the points added in, I saved almost 50% on her.

Also, I want to add, that this community rift did not have to happen. It could have been avoided all together if DAZ had stopped trying to get everyone to use Studio in some manner just to even GET Genesis, which I could even do because Studio wouldn't run on my Mac at that time. All that was needed was a Poser version of Genesis, like Dawn. Something i said from the start, but it was DAZ's way or the highway. I LIKE open highways.:sneaky:

Neither. Creekfly!!
I have been reading the posts here all weekend. My wife and I have been out of town Friday, Saturday and most of today. It was great for she and I to get away. We went up to Park City to relax a bit. So a quick side note here, here's what my wife had for lunch today. I cracked it up and saved her from having to do that to the lobster.

I've really enjoyed reading what folks are saying and suggesting here. Still needing input from the HiveWire team and Lisa, but I would think we'll do one or the other and not both, that is, as far as the stand alone or a Dawn morphed character goes. I do believe now that we'll probably be creating this "Dawnime" as a morphed character based on the valuable input generated here by you kind folks. Great things being shared by experienced, wise and concerned people.

Sure appreciate your insights. Good, good!

Oh, and yeah... that lobster was awesome!
Oooh, my next food porn attempt!:geek:

Doesn't look like much perhaps but it took some time for this flattened teeth morph. This is my stylized version for those asking for a single flat upper and lower sheet for traditional anime teeth. I don't want to have to provide an extra set, but am hoping this version will suffice. For this character I think it's more than fine.

Default teeth in the first image, and the flattened morph in the second screen grab.

That is your opinion others would disagree - but I'm not going to bring that argument here.
