This is a cool render, Hornet! if she were in the black CKV-01, that would make her quite stealthy against the dark forest. ^^

I considered the black but thought she would get lost in the forest but then in stealth mode that is what you want to happen. There are some nice images in Rowan's Forest mist collection so I think I will change the background and pose and give the black a go. I intended this render sort of say 'not in my part of the forest'.

Nicely done Hornet, and I think the Black CKV-01 would've worked because the forest isn't totally dark, yet . . . just getting there.

It's worth mentioning that the CKV-01 colors were made with HSV nodes, meaning you can go there and create your own colors by playing with HSV node parameters.

Thank you for that information I hadn't noticed the HSV node perhaps because it already comes with a bunch of colours. Nice to know though, I can see me using that now I know it is there.

Indeed you can customize all the colors and make them your own. You are not tied to the presets.

Never one to give up on a good suggestion, Thanks Ken.

Caoimhe had struggled long and hard to recover the container from the drop zone and get this far, she was not about to abandon it easily. She hoped the tech built into her suit would mask her heat signature from the drone, if so, all she had to do was keep remarkably still. It worried her that the drone had activated it's laser sights, so clearly it had sensed something but there were so many other creatures that were active in the forest. The drone was clearly ready for action but so was she.

Background from Forest Mist Backgrounds by Rowan54 (applied to a cloth plane).

Lighting is from a Ezdome with attached sun dropped to 20% intensity mainly to provide fill-in.
