So then the question becomes. What did the young kid mean?!?

Actually, I think that it's good (in a sort of long view way) this happened in the way it did, because it shows the community at large that DAZ does bite. I know a whole lot of people who argue up and down that they would never do anything monopolistic or just plain business-centric. I can't count the number of times I've been flamed for pointing out that they've either done something that made good business-sense, even if it upset the community, or that they were going to do something like that. And the lesson learned should be: You just don't keep extending your hand to the monster that bites it every time you try.
Well, in those forums, when that "only a small part of buyers visit the forums" logic gets used, I smile and think "Yeah, but if even a small part of THAT small part is your biggest spenders or consistent buyers, then you might want to listen to what they say." It's such a flawed logic.
Nuclear strike => immensely bright flash (followed by fervent heat and crushing blast wave)So then the question becomes. What did the young kid mean?
I was keeping tabs on that too!! LOL! the more likes they get the longer they will stay up there!I'm happy to announce the Hivewire3D House Cat, (each featuring one of the two LAMH presets,) has now grabbed 5 of the top 40 spots on the scrolling banner on page one of the Galleries. (Thank you, to any and all who "liked" mine.) We've also taken 9 out of 40 spots in the Most Popular in the last 24 hours. Yay, us!
It's not easy getting to the "leader-board" (scrolling banner.) But once an image is there, it gets a lot of exposure, which usually leads to more "likes." CWRW's "Daddy's Boots" was uploaded yesterday, made the leader-board in a matter of hours, and is now at 34 likes. She leap-frogged over her own "Springtime Days," which recently jumped back ahead with 35 likes.I was keeping tabs on that too!! LOL! the more likes they get the longer they will stay up there!

It's kind of like watching a carnival horse race game, like this one:
You go, Chris.
Do you happen to have the Email option checked in your profile setting? To check go to your Name at the upper right of the screen and click, then go down to preferences and make sure that the appropriate box or boxes are checked depending on how you like your settings.I miss the days of Chris at DAz.
Is there a forum here to post problems with the forum that I may get suggestions on how to fix it? I don't want to clog this thread up trying to figure out why I'm not getting email notifications, but I am known for being half-blind at times (and not 'blind' in the Aussie vernacular...) so I may be missing something.
oh yeah!all words can have different meanings across the pond
take for example 'That's nice' when used in reply to something that is said like 'Daz dumps HW3D'.
Irish and Australians will know the other meaning of this phrase
I miss the days of Chris at DAz.

My products can be found here at Hivewire, at my own site (Vanishing Point), Content Paradise, Renderosity, CGTrader, TurboSquid, ShareCG (yes, they sell products now), Cornucopia (Vue models), Reallusion marketplace (iClone models), and the Unity Asset Store (Unity models).

Actually Bonnie, I've been watching since the original thread about the HW Big Cat and Cub moving to DAZ3D, and we're now up to 52 new members (and counting). Of course, that thread is about 3 weeks older, so not sure exactly how many of the 52 have joined us here since Monday, but I believe it's been quite a few.Can anyone say how many new forum members here since this thread started? I don't think it's possible to view the members list by date of joining.
