Only beanies I could find were commercial....and I was going to suggest the same thing....using a cap, and sticking a propeller on it.

I the cap I found doesn't have the correct diffuse texture shown in the promo. Only has 1 color. Hmm. Dang, it only has 1 surface area.

Star! Mixies Baseball Hat at you-know-where, on you-know-what, is the right shape, but I don't see any stripe options.
It's also for Poser, so you might could create textures for it?
