I forgot to put the minus sign in the above pose, and my 10 minutes is up...o_O It should read -25 to -28 degrees side-to-side rotation, up to -35 or more if you like extreme turns.

Thanks Terre :) So far so good, so I'm doing a couple extra. Only the bridle has been running away...haha.

Just uploaded the left turn pose. Rotate Harry and Dawn approximately 20 degrees, or more if you like extreme poses, in to the left turn. Used the same metal barrel.

Hi Miss B :) XL Library really saved my sanity when Poser 8 was first released, since the P8 content library was so unstable at the time. Dimension3D has faithfully updated the script for every version since, and so I'm automatically notified for the free upgrade each time....not a bad deal for a one time investment. That's how I knew it was updated...got the email for it :)

Hope the poses are okay....it was an all night project...kept going since it was working without a hitch, testing all clear on two workstations. I'll do a few Dusk rodeo poses, if my roll of good luck continues. Then I may do some more with other figures with the Mil Horse.

I learned something from this project, Sky. I didn't know that some barrel racing is right hand turns. Left hand is all I've ever seen.

Good morning Terre :) Yeah, judging from the many reference photos (and here) and videos that I used, there appeared to be both. I learned a great deal from this project, as I always do when I launch into something new. I also discovered, a little late, that Poserworld had a cowgirl outfit that may have been a good choice for the shirt at least. I'll do a conversion of it anyway, to use for future projects.

Am working of general poses for the adHorse now...have had him for years, as well as the LoRez Horse, and thought he deserved a little attention. Both have strengths and weaknesses. The LoRez has a preset that loads the horse all saddled up, and he has a number of varieties in terms of breed and color. His greatest strength is he is so lightweight...making him a good choice for animation, or battle scenes. The adHorse is capable of a bulkier build, and colors and saddle are available through add-ons. I guess his greatest weakness is not many options for the mane. He comes with a number of poses included with the base model.
