I was the last days sorting out my External Harddrive . (Made a short pause from packing cartons for our move) and find the HW Big cat , which I have from the time I made Promos for Sympatico studio.
So I decided to test her out in DS. At this time I was using Poser, so now I was curios about her in DS. Beautiful animal.

Pharaohs last days. The young Pharaoh ,surrounded from his enemies, only his beloved cat with him to fight the final battles.

I don't use the latest DS, so can't use LAMH, but . . . I WANT A SNOW LEOPARD!!!!!

I know, I've been shouting that for a long time, but it's my fav big cat.

Not quite sure what you are asking, the LAMH preset for the Leopard works for the Black Panther too

LAMH has worked in DS since *at least* something like 4.5 if not earlier. The free player might be worth installing on spec. You can always trash it later.

I should think that the presets for the lion family or the cougar might work with the leopard/panther. They're all the same mesh, after all.

If you're responding to my comment about not having the latest version of DS, I haven't upgraded my DS past 4.0 Pro, because I never got past the original Genesis, and then I came back to Poser.

Well, yeah, Back grading to 4.0 from 4.5 probably would be a wash. The sort of thing which might be worth asking about in the forum over on DAZ. But while AM is still including original LAMH versions of his newer animals, most of them are being designed as Catalyser products (because Iray).
