I don't know enough about poser to know how to use HDRi in it but I do with Iray.

Any outdoor ones of course will only be suitable for outdoor scenes (or if your scene is an enclosed room with windows). And of course any indoor ones for indoor use (there are even ones set up like photography studios).
Ones that are simple colours (not a photo) are perfect for indoor lights in most cases (unless it mimics an outdoor scene such as a gradient from top to bottom with blue at top and green at bottom and a "sun"). Also I've found not all HDRis are created equal. Bigger is better but it also comes down to the photographer and how many EV brackets the image was shot with.
This is an example of non-photo type created as an enclosed enviro with bright lights perfect for say a car showroom etc.

HDRi Pack 2
I haven't used it so I don't know how good they are, just posted as an example :)

I've also seen some good ones made with Bryce which you might like to play with Miss B.

I have a bunch I downloaded from HdrLabs' sIBL Archive, and for the most part, they're outdoor or indoor photos. I just haven't found just the right one for any particular render.

Another site is HDRi Haven which has a bunch of freebies available.

The hair style looks good Hornet. Looks familiar, but I can't recall which one it is.

Ohhhh, I'll have to check to see if I have it. I have several of her products.

OK, it turns out it's a DAZ Original (Valea may have originally created it), and I don't have it. For some reason I thought I did. Hmmmmm . . . . ohhh, now I remember. It's SAV's 1931 Berlin Hair I was thinking of. Similar in style but more adult looking.

That's the one Miss B! To be honest, it's so long since I shopped there I had to go check where (and who) it came from. A nice hairstyle though and as Hornet and Jonrea prove works well for many timeframes and genre's! If I recall the last time I used it was for All That Jazz (Alexandra Leaving), albeit hidden under her cloche hat, and previously for Vampyre but I'll have to check if I posted that on in the Hive! :)
