Sneaking this one in. It's past midnight, and I am tired. Don't even know what I am going to do with this, yet.

Oh yeah, this is LaFemme, if anybody didn't already know.

Still a work in progress. I already know it will bend and move with her perfectly. I am still trying to decide how it will look. And I am trying to come up with a boot look that will accent the outfit.

A closer look at the textures. I used bump maps and masks to create the textures. I wanted the stripes to stick out, but didn't want the suit texture on them. I like how this is turning out.

Yes, I can see the white stripes have some depth to them. Nice.

Nope. You know the comics and how they dress their girls. Black Widow would be proud to wear this!

I reworked said collar and I am going to install a zipper.

I half played with the idea of another Black Widow costume, but I don't think I can, and don't have the will to outdo this one:

I got everything right on this, including her boots. I don't want to remake it. This new costume will be something else.
I just don't know what something else is... yet.

I used several masks in the textures to get the effect. Anomalaus over at SM showed me a trick using a Gaussian blur and the original bump map as a mask to round off the squared stripes.

This is the result. But since I went in and 'fixed' the suit, I am going to have to remap the UV. Which means making a whole new set of textures, bump maps and masks. I don't mind. It's actually quite relaxing.

Wow~All superlative renders. Are they all G8 Girls? My fav is the anime girl but I have a soft spot for film noir girls and the last girl looks like she could have a small gun in her purse.
