Me too Miss B. Now we have tents where they can go and sit(sulk) if they are upset. And instead of time out notes we have students notices that say reset with teaching partner instead of time out and instead of warning it says proactive strategy used. Same process happens we just call it something different but it's always better if we can ensure they don't stop others in the grade from learning.
