That anger morph made me think about a vampire. All I'd need is fangs.

Nah. I want a Count Dracula type vampire. Although, if she had little underarm batwings, maybe.
With Dawn's existing teeth morphs (in this case, TeethTopFang), you can turn any character into a classic Vampire.

how about "jolie" dimple in the bottom lip(not sure if its still called a dimple but its all I could think of to name it lol)
I think the dimple is in the chin, like Kirk Douglas.
Actually Rae's talking about the center of her lower lip. There's a slight indentation, which may not be called a dimple, as Rae said, but from the picture of the lips, you can see the lower lip doesn't go straight across the center of the lower lip.
