I knew I read something on the SM Poser Forum that they will be working on redesigning the CP site. I don't recall if it was Chuck who stated it, but I was sure they had said they were going to work on it. When that'll be I don't know, but just knowing they are going to address it, is encouraging.
I used to own a restaurant, and my biggest concern was if people didn't like the food, would they keep silent and never come back, or just tell me so I could do something about it. The most common case would be the prior, and I think that is rather unfair. When there is something I think needs fixing, I tend to let the staff know, so they can do something about it.
In this case, when enough people have similar issues and concerns about it, I find it would be only fair to let Chuck know, or else nothing would change, and not because they don't want to.

I totally agree with that, I am never afraid to complain but I try to do it respectfully, well at least I do if the respect in reciprocated. I also accept that, f I am prepared to complain, I should also be fair and praise on the rare occasion when it all goes right.
That's strange. All my dealings with Andy have been good.
On the aside. I don't deal with CP at all. I hate the layout of the store for one and well there is a list of reasons. You may want to consider bringing your products over here for a little more exposure Ken!
I've only had one instance where I had to contact him, and his response was not what I was hoping for, but he made a suggestion that worked out well in the end in any case.
