Just watched the first season of Quantico... thought: Rookie Blue meets the FBI... it's very "soapy" and a bit confusing with the time jumps constantly...but by the end of the season, I'm hooked... and curious about how they will do Season 2....

I'm now re-watching Season 4 of Once Upon A Time...so I can then watch the new (for me) Season 5 going IN to my oral surgery date on Thursday...when I will be going off the grid till I recover enough to come back 'here'.... I'm very prepared, but still... *shudder*....

That's the main reason I bailed on Quantico. I was really looking forward to it, but couldn't make it past 4 episodes for that very reason. If I can't follow the sequence of events, I lose all interest.

I had the same problem with Queen of the South. I was also looking forward to it, but I couldn't get straight what time frame each scene was in, current, or in the past. Gave up on that show too. ~shakes head~

Now I'm looking forward to Kiefer Sutherland's new show, Designated Survivor, which debuts this Wednesday. I'm hoping this one doesn't turn out a disappointment too.

I didn't make it through the first season either. Not because the flashbacks bugged me, but because I didn't like the main character at all ... which makes it rather hard to like a show.

I had a hard time making it through the season with quite a few shows last year. Blindspot and 11.22.64 were two more I ditched.

On a brighter note ... Netflix airs Longmire Season 5 Friday! Woohoo!

They replayed the first episode on METV here in the states! I didn't remember it as being in color. No, I'm not older than color TV but I do remember we had one of the first ones on the block!

If anyone has Netflix the full three seasons of Penny Dreadful is there. I'm so sad they ended it after 3 seasons. Not a bad actor in the whole bunch. It's a mishmash of every monster ever but with a twist. The costuming is gorgeous. Highly recommend it!

If you have Netflix you can see him allot in the Jessica Jones series. They are developing a Defenders series set around Iron Fist, Powerman, Jessica, Daredevil and probably a couple of others.... I love Netflix!

You may have given me a reason to subscribe to netflix. I've been wary about some of these series but it's nice to see them grabbing the B level heroes and giving them some space as well. I wonder if they'll feature Paste Pot Pete?

Just watched a standup comedian by the name of Iliza Shlesinger called "Confirmed Kills" I've not laughed that hard and that long in... I don't know when. She's brilliant & funny. Only on Netflix as well!
