Oh there you are Miss B....well, I should've posted the info here, about the hidden files and folders in Win7 Home.

Here's how to display hidden files and folders.
Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel,
clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Folder Options.
Click the View tab.
Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then click OK.

VERY nice renders. I popped over to your Nataani thread just to see how things were coming along and everything looks really good. I noticed a computer question Miss B had and posted what I think might be the answer, so hope that wasn't inappropriate...she was talking about wanting to see all the hidden files and folders.

Nah, that's perfectly okay, Sky! That thread almost turned into a similar "chat" thread as what you have going here; we've been all over everything from Poser to computer problems to natural medicine, to autisim.......... and then back to Nataani and then back off subject again... LMAO.

I honestly don't mind it. I think it's great that it's turned into such a varied conversation. :D

I'm loading some files into the DS through the download manager, getting stuff together for future pose projects...mostly stuff I'd overlooked when I set it up the first time.

Yep... I just found a couple of small oopsies here while putting together the renders for the banner images. *bangs head* Argh. Thankfully they are just SMALL oopises, and it only takes a minute to fix them. But still! Rargh.

At least I found them now, rather than QA finding them. LMAO

That's got to be some pressure, releasing such a large commercial package, making sure everything is correct, wanting to do things perfectly, plus meeting deadlines. Even with small freebies, there's always something that tries to goof up. You certainly have my respect, juggling it and family, etc.

Well, there's no deadlines here. It gets done when it gets done, and it's one of the bigger reasons I like this place. They don't push people to "hurry up and release." They'd rather quality over quantity, and for me, that's a big deal.

I prefer to take my time and make sure everything is right, rather than just push something out quickly for the sake of it, and find out later that there were issues with the item. Actually, the same goes for stuff that needs to go up to QAV as well. I count that as a sort of incremental release (QAV, I'm referring to), and I want to have everything as close as possible to what they want to see before it reaches them.

Basically, the only "pressure" I feel around here, is my own. ;) And that's me, myself, and I... being nitpicky about how things work and whether they are working EXACTLY the way I want them to. I'm probably more nitpicky about it than my users would be, but well... it's just how I am. Been that way ever since I started putting my very first freebies out, I doubt it's going to change anytime soon. Not after 10+ years of making content.

Like I said, these fixes were minor, and it was only three poses. Looks like I saved them with the hip Y-translations selected... oops! LOL. Easy fix, and already taken care of. :sneaky:

Currently waiting for the massive zip file to finish uploading... and putting together a couple of the banner images as we speak.

I probably do that all the time, not realizing that it retains the last body part that was selected. I'd have to really whip it into shape to ever do commercial work, and at this late date, I suspect this old dog won't do those tricks...haha. Oh well, I have a ball making freebies.

Will the product with Poser and DS files, or separate products, one for DS and the other for Poser?

At the moment, it's looking like they will be separate products, especially as I do not currently have the Poser materials made yet. ;) But I may bundle them together as a product stack in the future as well, if I can get the Poser materials made. So folks who want both versions will be able to get them together as part of a stack, instead of buying them separately.

At present, though, all I have completed here is the DS version. The Poser version is going to be a little while yet.

I may try the DS version. I'm spoiled to the download manger putting things where they need to go, so I may tug at you later if I have trouble finding it.

Not a problem, Sky. A lot of the newer hobbyists, who have only ever used DS and the DIM are in the same boat, even a year or two into the hobby. I can always put together a how to install 3rd party content type of tut for you, if you end up needing it later on. ;)

Yeah, I have some good stuff that includes DS files that have never been used...and of course anything from Hivewire falls into that category, so I've never even seen Harry in DS yet. So I've got a good ways to go before I can lose the "training wheels"...haha.

Well, it's almost 5:00 a.m. here, so I'd better get a nap, can probably get about 3 hours before I have to get up again. I'll be watching for your release in the store. I'll be back online tomorrow night. Have a good weekend and I'll see you when you get back into your routine.

Better go now...or I'll be sleepwalking in the morning...actually it's the sleepdriving that I'd better watch :)

Good night...or should I say, good morning
