Milk please! And Lavender!

I sprinkle Herbes de Provence (which includes lavender leaves) in my potato/carrot stews.

*puts out plates of cookies, coffee, tea, milk, and some assorted fruit juices to go with the pie, and places lavender from my plants around to hopefully produce a touch of calm *.

Breathe in , breathe out.....

Lavender leaves? I thought the little purple bits were lavender buds!
Never tried it myself. It's something I had to find and get ordered into the store when a customer requested it.

It may vary by manufacturer. Lavender is apparently included in the US version.

I thought it was lavender buds too, but wiki said lavender leaves. I was too lazy to go grab the jar!

So ... since I had to go get dinner (chopped up purple cauliflower buttered and salted), I checked the jar. No purple buds. Just leaves. So the brand I have includes lavender leaves.

I'll take a slice of any pie that has no kind of nuts, strawberries or oranges in it. :D

As to the Poser DAZ issue, I use both, create for both and do actually have favorite vendors at DAZ as well, but Hivewire is my home. :)

Well neither the blueberry nor the rhubarb custard nor several others should have any of those. :)

Opens up another packet of lolly gobble bliss bombs.... :geek:
Oh ... SHARE! I love caramel popcorn!

That's what lolly gobble bliss bombs are??? Unfortunately would get stuck in my teeth but yum!

French silk, please!
mmmm

Now to decide if I want to use blender to make the pie.
Depends on what kind of pie it is.

*chuckle* Didn't want to get greedy there.
Hee hee...that's what I'm doing, so you'll make me feel better ;)

I've never heard of using lavender leaves. As far as I know it's the buds that are used for everything. There are certain types that are culinary lavender. We have a lotta lavender 'round here.

Looks like you have as much Lavender as parts of Texas have Blue Bonnets. My mother sent me some pnotos from a trip she took at the right time several years ago. A sea of blue.

Who wants blueberry pie? Or raspberry pie?
Actually, I think I'd like a slice of rhubarb pie. I haven't had rhubarb pie in ages... decades, in fact!

(Just noticed the comment about rhubarb custard pie... I've never had rhubarb custard, but it sounds yummy, too...)

What a list of pies! Oh my... I think I'm gaining weight just reading all those posts!

Oh, that sounds lovely!

That image is one I took a few weeks ago at one of the local Lavender farms during our annual Lavender festival.
