Actually it was early evening when I posted, and was about to get dinner ready. :)

Enjoy your dinner Miss B...I just had an early lunch of some damper rolls. One had a beautiful king island brie with tomato and the other had pate on it. So I'm sitting here drinking my coffee now.

Oh that was over 3 hours ago. Now I just finished up some dessert, which I usually save 'til later, because I'm ALWAYS looking for something else to eat. ;)

Mythocentric

Extraordinary
Severe weather warning in force as strong winds and heavy rain are predicted over the weekend in the aftermath of hurricanes Maria and Lee around Ireland and the west coast of England. So that's a change then, because it's only raining at the moment!

Weather here is great today. Temps are only in the 70s, and the humidity is muuuuuch lower than it's been recently, so a very comfortable day. Hopefully, it'll last for a while, as I've had about as much high humidity to last me the rest of the year.

Yesterday's high was 30c plus humidity... today the high was 18c (with windchill felt like 16c)... 'Tis flu and cold season, aka fall, in southern Ontario with the usual hot and cold running weather... Supposed to drop to 7c overnight...

We get these wild weather fluctuations in spring as well... everyone winds up sick... the joys of being in norther climes. The rest of this week is supposed to be like this, but then next week were supposed to go back up to 25c or higher. It'll bounce around like this till mid-November or so... then it'll start getting colder. By January we'll be sitting somewhere around -15c to -20c... :)

Lol...we don't get that cold here at least not in Melbourne maybe in some of the areas where there is snow we'd get down to the minus degrees. We're heading into summer and given what's happening up north it will be interesting to see how hot it gets down here. I was looking at a map on the news which had Australia colour coded by temperature we were the only area where it was green everywhere else was red or yellow...

Last week we had heat advisories and warnings, high temps combined with high humidity. We wind up with 30c + in the summer here, and can get up to 45c fairly often with major humidity as well (I live right on the Great Lakes). In winter we'll drop to -20c regularly, and -30 isn't unheard of with windchill added on top of that. Blizzards are fun too...

We just get the extreme heat...we don't even get snow in Melbourne except for the occasional flutter.

OK, today was mostly sunny, cool (YAY), with hardly any humidity, so a delightful day to be out of the house. :)

Pleasant weather here today. The Fall winds haven't hit yet. Won't be long though. We have more cold Halloweens then warm ones.

I think we have your rain Myth. Went from Heatwave and driest September to almost a months worth of rain in 48 hours.
