And there are some nice sales across the 3D stores...I have managed to give a little to each getting some items from from my wishlists crossed off. One thing I am really looking forward to trying out is a cute little dynamic nightdress for K4 from Tipol at Rendo which I'm going to fit to Diva and make DS dynamic. I think she will look gorgeous in it. Has anyone noticed that Tipol has been releasing free Willow fits for his/her V4 dresses? A nice thing to do.

My doctor and I have that understanding, Pen, she doesn't tell me what I should or shouldn't eat, I try not to drink too much ;) Helps that I don't want to live forever, just long enough to be able to stay on the boat, the minute I can't, all bets are off.

Brrrrrrrrr! And a brrrrr morning to you all! Not used to it being this nippy, but then, not used to being up this early ;) I was able to cancel today's doctor appointment as my insomnia disappeared this week. Not wanting to spend $17 if it's not needed I've decided to wait another week and see if the disappearance is permanent. Still going to town this arvo as the cupboards are bare...I'm Old Mother Hubbard at the mo :)

Welcome to winter Lorraine. Glad to hear the insomnia is gone, and hopefully for good.

I usually do my big shopping on Wednesdays too, so did that earlier. Then again, it's Thursday by you now. I always have to stop and think, because you gals down under are always a day ahead, or close to being a whole day ahead.

I'm with you Lorraine, I'm not used to it being this cold anymore (I did grow up ware the were frosts just about every 2nd day) but not up here :)

Miss B, it surely is winter today. There's a howling southerly blowing down the river and if I look hard I can see those bloody icebergs and penguins again, with the birds giving me the bird as they float by. Wednesday is my normal shopping day too but my doc doesn't work Wed, so Thurs it was and is. I ran out of coffee and butter so the last two days have been fraught.

Rae, we do have it colder here than you fullas, but you do seem to be copping some chills too. Them thar southerlies have a bitter bite!

Can you really see the 'bergs and birds from where you are? I don't know what the distance is from NZ to the South Pole, or where you just joshin' me? ;)

That's not nice, Pen, sounds too cold for me, brrrrr. Erin in Queensland is now being bitten by the wildlife, a big ant yesterday, and something else today. So she's swapped the cold for things with teeth ;)

Miss B, I do be joshing though sometimes if I squint hard I'm sure those damn icebergs are there ;) But I do have penguins, the Little Blue, but I don't see them up here very often, just hear them in the night...they're probably sniggering at me shivering.

Terre, I do hope it's gone for good...I am not a nice person to be around without my sleep!

Yep...too cold. I'm wearing fingerless gloves while I type...the heater doesn't reach my puter area all that well.

Yes, I saw a picture of those Little Blues, and they are cuties, but I was asking about the penguins down at the Pole. ;)

Ah but the penguins on my icebergs are little blue penguins because they're only little icebergs ;) What I do really see floating past my boat are big islands of water weed from up the river after long periods of torrential rain, often, very often actually, inhabited by ducks. These islands of weed can get caught around the front of the boat and I awake to the sound of frantic quacking!

There's definitely figurative icebergs out there tonight, it's frightfully cold! The fire is barely coping on low and I am going to have to crank it up. I'm also going to keep it going all night cos otherwise I may turn into an iceberg in bed sans penguins.
