I don't think they've stopped but you don't get a coupon, your reward points increase by 500 on or around your birthday. I've def got them in previous years. In fact as my birthday approaches and my points reduce I'm looking forward to them increasing again

That's odd, I can't see more than the first page of my reward points, and only the last 10 transactions at that. But I know I get them cos I 'watch this space'!

I get them too, and I keep a record of them on a second page in my HW3D purchases spreadsheet, so I don't worry if I can see them in my account here in the store.

You know, I just tried also, and can only see 10 on a page, and only the first page. Not sure why that's happening when I can change how many on a page in my downloads. Hmmm, I wonder if that's just a glitch.

Anyway, I keep those emails too, so I could always go back and check that way.

Nope. I got an email today but it had nothing to say about increased reward points. My listing also says I have two pages regarding my points but I can only access ten items. Satira, you might want to check the year of those reward points. Mine shows for 2014 and 2015 but not for the last two years, even though I've made purchases every year.

I want my ponpon aka trimmings. Who do I complain too? They can fix everyone's reward listings as well.

Well, I just went through my emails and I'm really sorry, Rob, I made a mistake...you get 1000 points for your birthday! And a happy birthday email too. No wonder I'm so happy when I get them. I dunno who you would talk to...perhaps send a pm to Alisa. I'd normally suggest Lisa but she's still recovering from having her chest carved open with a scalpel. Or was it a chainsaw? Anyway she's still hors de combat, so Alisa is your best bet.

Viewing reward points has been broken since the new site. I did report it at the time, so it may be on the list that the new guy is working on.

The birthday reward points email is dated 10/23/16. I also have one from 10/23/15. However, I don't have one from 10/23/14.

Check if your birthday is still entered in your account information. Maybe it got lost after the site revamp?

I just checked. I updated my new address, however, everything else is there, including my birthday.

I just submitted a support ticket. They say they are available today. Should be interesting to see how fast they address this and what happens when or if they do. I've been eyeing Sora for sometime now. Extra reward points always come in handy.

Well they're letting you know it didn't go astray. Now they have to work on it, and it IS the weekend.

Oh I didn't even know I was supposed to get ponpon for my birthday so it's not like I'm really missing it. I have a lot of reward points saved up anyway. I do want my information straight but it can be the last thing they work on come Monday.

It's become something of a tradition around Lucy's birthday to ask her what she wants to be when she grows up! For example, at three years old she decided she was going to be a bunny rabbit. Last year the little miss said she wanted to drive an aeroplane like mommy and daddy, who both hold single-engine pilot's licences. So tonight during our family time before she went to bed, I posed the question, and after thinking for a while she decided that what she most wanted to be was "someone who makes picture like Grandpa!" Needless to say I was delighted and was experiencing a certain swelling in the chest when she qualified that by adding, "but not a dancer like Mommy 'cause thats really, really hard!" Ah! Erm! Thanks Lucy. I think!
