Rokket: You said you were interested in female input and the answer to why I said the last set of colors looked best finally percolated up to the top.
Back in the '70s when Xavier thought the X-Men (Cyclops. Jean Grey, Angel, and Beast (NOT blue and furry, quite human in appearance other than a heroic build) were all dead he put together The New X-Men. Colossus, Night Crawler, Wolverine, Storm and Sprite who was a 13 year old : Kitty Pride. She didn't like the plain uniform she had been handed to wear so she kept sewing her own costumes and each issue would have her in a new color and design combo. The earlier colors you did make me think of what she might have made a year or two later if she hadn't gotten tired of freezing her rump off because her self made costumes were ordinary cloth while the uniforms Xavier provided were insulated. Those colors would look good on a teenage female hero but don't really fit most adults as well.

I got the Rey outfit pretty much done. I am running a cloth sim on the different parts right now to see what it looks like posed in something other than the T pose. Since you all are getting that dynamic cloth plug in, I am more and more leaning toward releasing this as a dynamic outfit. I'll include a read me file to tell you the best order to do the simulations in.
