OK, then the settings I used were good. I was just concerned if it was supposed to be a light-weight jacket, then the Dynamic Calculations would have to be lower.

OK, I wasn't totally satisfied with the way the shoulders were laying, so I just redid the Constrain area so it's just around the neckline, and now the shoulders of the jacket are laying perfectly straight. ;)

Creating a Comfy Posing Chair
Start by posing a full size male character in a relaxed but sophisticated sitting position.
He could be holding a pipe, a rose, or a cat by the scruff of his neck. No - strike that...

Then export obj to the modeler and make the cushions...

and then from there the frame.
