Is this going to be a brand new stand alone, or a morph/texture set for a figure like the HW cat?

I think it needs a longer neck maybe with some "rings" around it and longer "talons". That would go with the "cyborg" look, too.

Thanks for the idea! I was doing a longer neck but' i'm little worried with the moviments ^^" I will so some tests and show here The rings are a cool idea too! ^^
