The Anchorage, Part 3

Just for fun. Don't forget that you should add 1 extra second to the last minute of 2016 because of a slight slowing of Earths rotational speed. (Flaming scientists again!!!). So thats 3 hours 30 minutes + 1 second to go then! Sod it! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! :grouphug:

Ouch...I wondered why you were up so early. I'm the only one up so far in my house. It's quite cool so far down here at least from what I can tell...haven't been outside yet. I've been busy checking out the Bethesda forum as I received an email from someone connected to an old ES site that I used to hang out in. I just downloaded my first mod for Skyrim remastered.

lol...love it Mytho...where would we be without scientists.

Well, when I was a kid my mother used to tell me that if I went outside after just midnight on New Years Eve the first person I saw would have as many nose's as there are days in the year. A scientist* would probably recieve millions of pounds (£) in grants to prove it whereas I am quite happy to have inherited her madcap sense of humour and be the same little old loony I've always been! :) **

*Probably the same one who spent 20 million pounds (£) proving that England didn't actually score the last goal when they beat Germany in the World Cup! :whistling:

**2 hours 35 minutes + 1 second to go!! YARROO!!!

Well I had 3 drinks but woke up normal time anyway...no hang over but it was just 3. Xbox sounds like a good idea. No tablet? I find I can waste hours on Toy Blast...

Well he ignored my suggestion of xbox and he went to game on the computer, what about me? I'm bored! :p

I didn't know if alcohol would effect my medication so didn't have any. Just dozed on and off till midnight.

Better to not take chances with alcohol and meds. A few years ago I was at a friend's house having a glass of wine, and for someone who used to drink straight 100 proof vodka on the rocks, it felt strange feeling quite light-headed after just 1 glass of wine.

Now I just don't bother taking any chances.

That's a shame...:(

I'd lend you one of mine but you're too far away.

I have a computer, a laptop for work, an ipad and an android tablet. We have way too many devices in this family.

Don't get me started on consoles as my son collects games consoles except for Xboxes. Doesn't tend to update the Nintendo ones either since we bought the wii years ago as he doesn't like the games. He even picked up an old Sega Mega Drive which comes with Alex the kid on it...as I said way to many computers or chip driven devices. Between all of us I hate to think how many we have...

We'd probably be the same except years ago Ad made the decision to just stick with xbox and the computer for gaming. Haven't had much luck with android tabs and iPad is almost always flat :p

I use the ipad at school with evernote for taking observations as it allows me to take photos of their work and record them talking about what they've done.

My android is what I mainly use at home as it's smaller and I read books on it using the kindle app. It's the right size to hold in your hands compared to the full size tablets and handy when watching tv as almost never just watch tv. Do you like to colour? I've got a number of colouring books that I use or sketchpads for drawing also.

I do like to colour. The meds at the moment make it hard to concentrate :D.
I wish I could sit, even just for a little while but the clot blocks my leg and the pain is horrible. I miss my Daz :p

Rae, not getting a drink was probably very wise. Meds that screw with your brain tend to have problems with alcohol.
I hope that clot gets dissolved soon.
