Having worked in retail for almost 21 years now I've long since noticed that it gets harder and harder every year to find employees who are worth keeping. Working with a good one when they have a problem so they will stay is something employers need to be doing.
There has been a growing percentage of people putting in applications for many years now who don't actually want a job. They just want a business to give them an allowance.

I am home now. I own a bar over here, and the wife asked me if I wanted to go hang out there for a while. I said sure, why not? It's a karaoke place. I have a reputation for having a pretty good singing voice, and I don't think I disappointed tonight.
I know no one is interested in it, but I could post a couple songs I recorded here at home to prove it....

You know, I've always wanted to try making a second skin, but never really figured out how to work it out. Of course, that was years ago, so I'm hoping one of these days to try it.
Anyway, I'm liking what you did, but I think a solid color background would work better for the reflection.

Here is the shader. I applied it to everything except her face parts. I had a mask made for the face, but I deleted it for some dumb reason:
You can put anything you want in the sphere map and that will be the reflection. I am rendering a larger version of this pic with a few props added in. I'll mess with the shader with different backgrounds and see what happens. There are zillions of possibilities with this simple setup.

True for a final render, but while you're just working on it something simpler than a sky with clouds would be better.
I was wondering if you used the EnviroSphere. BTW, in case you didn't know, SnarlyGribbly has a script out that includes (with BB's permission) the EnviroSphere, and is supposed to be much better. I haven't used it yet, but you might want to look into it. He has it at his site - snarlygribbly.org, and just hover over the Scripts button, and then click on EZDome to get it. There's also a download link for the User Guide.
