She is Tempestra3D's Jenny morph for Dawn, so she is as tall as Dawn is. She is as tall as the male figures I have. Her character is tall too, and an ex-marine.

Ex-military, yes!

She will steal most of her tech from Forester Industries, indirectly. Her financier will be an unnamed (until I am ready to reveal them) source from that family.

Reverse shot? You wanna look at her butt?

A look at her butt? Well not's rule anything out! :D

Hmmm, the Foresters are a typical Billionaire industrialist family, like Stark Industries, Luthorcorp, Queen Industries (that he lost to his board of directors), Wayne Industries, The M Group (my own earth born corporation for my characters. Reference them as you please, I know you won't bankrupt them.

Very nice. including the space for the hair. Hmm, I'll have to do a height chart. I like to know the height of characters which of course should vary. I do tend to cast against type except for my main character who took over my story. Arrows. a gun (makes sense. She IS an assassin) Hmm, a killer. I've kept my own group varied but they are part of a military. Killing during combat isn't considered murder as you are trying to protect from evil. I only point out the gun as I remember a line from Star Wars that referenced a blaster as such a random weapon. Guns are a bit controversial but often necessary and balances out a uniform nicely. Especially considering that she has no Super Powers to speak of.

Her butt is kinda big but I'm not Donald Trump. I believe that (female) beauty comes in all forms from Voluptuous to Super model to adorable. Men, I tend to make a little rougher and less handsome than a DC or Marvel character. It's been my experience that women don't care as much as about looks as they do about character. The exception being the Calvin Klein male supermodel that caused sweetheart to stop and stare.

Yeah, she's an assassin who was a sniper in the Marine Corps. She served in the usual places most do in the 21st century. She lost the appeal of military duty after her first tour, but she never lost the appetite for killing. She was recruited and trained by an elite group of individuals who remain in the shadows. They are the 1 percent of the 1 percent and are trying to rule and govern the whole world. Anyone with half a brain can see that they are not doing too well in that endeavor. The varied terrorist groups and how a lot of the world's governments falling into ruin can attest to that.
During her final trials, she is confronted by a member of the Forester family. At first she wants to kill them, but she can't bring herself to do it and later ends up in league with them to take down John Jr. and the corporation with him. Only time will tell if she succeeds.

The Jenny morph is untouched by me, as I thought she was perfect. I only created the costumes that she wears.
The space for her pony tail was done on purpose. I didn't want to create a mask to cover a bald head, and I was looking at an early version of the costume Barbara Gordan wore for inspiration. In the story, she was wearing a Batman costume to a party when she came across an attempt to kill Bruce Wayne and saved him. During the battle, the mask was ripped and her hair spilled out. That later became part of her signature look.

A lot of Forester tech makes up her costume. Not just the goggles. The recurve bow and quiver are some of Forester Industries best work. Each arrow serves a purpose, much like a certain green archer we are familiar with (and also a certain archer who may or may not be named after a bird of prey). The recurve bow itself is hand crafted to be a perfect fit for her. The stiletto knife hilt is fitted to her hand. The Ninja-to sword is also custom formed to her hands and adjusted to her swing. The holster of the 9mm pistol is set to a perfect drawing height and placed forward on her hip for quick draw instances.

All in all, even though she lacks super powers, she will be a formidable foe for John Forester. His lightning powers and enhanced abilities will be put to the test when she debuts in the story line.

I think I mentioned Terra man in a previous post. Enhanced tech along with vigorous physical training is often more than enough to make up for a lack of special powers and make the character ultimately more relatable to the some readers. Lost the appeal of military duty? Normally that means something happened besides being told when to wake up and dressing the same as everyone else. Remember that saying from when we were in the military? "Good Pay, Good Food, Travel to strange foreign places...and kill people." The pay was mmph. The food varied. I did get to travel to strange foreign places...

Me? I dream of a special power. I want to fly.

There were some very traumatic experiences she has that cause her to leave the military. I am still fleshing them out. But being a woman, and being beautiful, there are already strikes against her in a testosterone laden Marine combat unit. I don't think I will use the sexual assault angle. It's happening in real life and it would be easy, but I don't want to write it.
I am thinking I will go with losing a good friend in battle and being ordered to retreat and not return fire. She becomes disillusioned after that and gets out. Survivor's guilt will play a big role on who she becomes. And playing by her own rules while still doing the job she was trained for will give her the inspiration she was looking for.

I want to have 3 specific super powers: Teleport at will, invisibility and be able to stop time. Think of everything you can do with those abilities...

I believe they changed Wonder Woman's origin to be formed from clay to having Zeus rape her mother. Not the best idea in my opinion but the reason you gave for not writing it that way is a good one. My favorite author Robert Heinlein wrote an entire future history for his books so that it comprised a timeline that one could reference at any time. One story that was never written yet included in the timeline was The Stone Pillow. It beckoned the rise of an unsavory huckster and religious zealot to the White House. He hated the character too much to write the story.

You should like every character both good and bad that you write. You'll know when you go too dark. Something I wish modern TV would learn. It is easy to brutal. But brilliant evil is something special.

In the Wonder Woman trailer she told Steve Trevor that Zeus brought her to life; a far cry from rape. But it still changes the dynamic of her character. She is a demigod. I just watched Batman v Superman again with my son last night. She was powerful and a great warrior.

My assassin will be damaged goods, for sure. I just don't want two female characters in my story with men issues. Blaze worked through hers with some unknowing help from Zoe Banks. One of the things that she confessed to John after final fight was that she had been manipulating Karen's thoughts to bring her to the light. She knew John would fail to save the city and in turn doom the planet if he didn't have Blaze fighting on his side. So Blaze does still have hatred in her. She just doesn't recognize it.

The Crimson Assassin will be PTSD and disillusioned like I said. I have to write her back story still. I will make her a corporal and probably a sniper. I have to research that. I don't know if they allow women to train for that in the Corps. I have been away from the military too long to know what they will allow women in combat zones to do. I know they serve there. I am just not sure in what capacity. I know a girl who was a convoy driver. Her unit took fire over there and the vehicles around her were hit by IED's. I don't know about putting them in recon units or any of that.

I do remember reading that the new origin was critically acclaimed by considered derisive by the fans. Perhaps they changed it again by introducing more information. I hope so. A Love affair would between Zeus and her mother would be wonderful or awful depending upon how they did it. In Greek Mythos Zeus was a horrible womanizer who would change forms to sleep with Earth girls (who are well known as being among the hottest chicks in the galaxy. Good job Earth Girls)

As of 2015, Women are allowed to serve in Combat zones. A woman can certainly be as good a sniper as a man and because it would be by definition a hidden position they might be ideal for this. One example of a female soldier in a combat zone is former Colonel Tammy Duckworth who is now serving in congress. I believe she was a helicopter pilot. A simpler example is the movies. Iron Man, the first one. If you haven't seen it you are in for a treat. If you have, remember the convoy? The Fun-Vee not the Hum-Vee?

Back in my Army days a bunch of us were sitting around discussing who we want in a foxhole. My answer was simple. "I don't care if they are straight or gay, Black or White, male or female. As long as they can deal death, that is who I want in the foxhole with me. Anyone named, "The Crimson Assassin" I want on my side!

By the way I LOVED Dawn of Justice. Again, they changed the sequence of what happened in the Comic Book so one can't truly call it canon but once again, they did it right.

As long as the events are true to the comic, I won't complain if it's not canon. Superman fought Doomsday alone in the comics. In the movie, he had some 'super friends' helping him out. In the end, he died killing the monster. And we all saw the earth levitating off the casket in the end. We know he comes back. The only question will be how he comes back. A bad guy in a black suit? I hope not. I think they did enough of Batman and Superman fighting. They need to get on with the show, so to speak, and assemble the 7!!!

My assassin's story is coming together. I am still working out a few details.

I stopped writing the story because I felt too much of it was muddled and too many things could not be explained in the first person. I will be starting the rewrite (I don't know if this will be a second draft since the first one wasn't actually finished...?) in about a week or so. I won't be uploading this one until it's complete, but I'll give updates now and again.

God I need a new job. I was home over night two weeks in a row. I really miss my family. Anyone know of a job for a retired vet that will net me at least 60k per year?

Hmm, How about a Hitman? Assassins make more than that and the perks are outstanding. Ahem, at least that's what I heard.

Now how about that for an anti-villian rather than an Anti-Hero. He wakes up, brushes his teeth, gets breakfast, promises to bring home milk because the wife is busy with PTA. Kisses his wife goodbye and...darn it. I think I just described Mr. and Mrs. Smith. (Now true to life! Why are the most beautiful Hollywood Stars married and divorced multiple times?)

Hmm, did you ever think of politics? Good pay and you never work!

Rokket

Dances with Bees
I could never be a politician. I can't lie with a straight face. Besides, if I ever got into office the rest of them would black ball me because I would try to pass a bill introducing term limits. No more career politicians.

Anyway, on a lighter note, we are supposed to be in port for a spell, which puts me home every night for a few weeks. But then again, our schedule never holds, so I am not holding on to it.

If I was an assassin or a Hitman, lords knows I would probably suck at it. I don't like to see a mouse in a trap or an animal dead beside the road. It makes me wish there was something I could do to help. The only exception to that is a house cat. For some reason, just the sight of one of them makes me think bad thoughts about its well being.

Sheesh.. I make one comment about cats and everyone stops posting in here...:(

Actually, I have been off the grid because our internet sucks.

I have been experimenting with P7 Kate and the morph brush in Poser. I managed to age her a few years. I wish I could post the results, but it is a family place.

Well, through some clothes on her. ;)
I added breasts and changed her head shape to bring her up to about 15 years old from what I am assuming to be 9 or 10 years old. If I add clothes, I'll have to model something for her. I don't have the fitting room in Poser 10 and I didn't have much luck putting her clothes on her.
