We're the opposite down here of course, with the weather warming up. Today was one straight out of the box, absolutely glorious, sunny, blue sky with no cloud till nearly dusk and warm as. Tshirt weather for me. Fingers crossed you get some sleep, Satira.

I left the balcony door open all night, so it was nice and cool.

I just need a permanent solution to keep Tsuki from climbing the screen!

Afternoon Terre. All's going well here, as the weather is still good. I've got all my fingers (and toes) crossed we've seen the end of the high humidity we've had all summer. I know some additional thunderstorms are being predicted, but so far so good.

I'm finally off work.
Bleah. 9.5 hours on the clock because things got crazy.

Hello! Safely down in Auckland last night and now one more sleep to go We've been clobbered by a nasty storm and it was not the nicest bus trip down I've ever had. Our driver coped magnificently but and brought us all here safely. Was going to venture out today but looking out the windows, I think I'll stay put! A day in front of the fire seems to be the best bet.

Thanks everyone Changed my mind and ventured forth...man, it was WINDY! Now tucked up in bed, full of fish and chips, and getting warm.

Ohhhh I had fish for dinner too, but with pasta instead of chips.

No more sleeps! The sun is pouring in the window but a very cool day awaits outside. Nine hours till I fly out...I'm predicting they are going to pass slowly.

Only because you're anxious to get going.

At least it's only five more hours now.

Through Customs and Immigration and now waiting for my gate to open. It's getting real!

Congrats on getting to Auckland safely Lorraine...we need to finalise details on that coffee shop that we were planning to meet at.
