Purse puppies ?!?

Then again ... there are times I wish I could take Tsuki places with me. But, a cat tends to be a bit more skittish around the world than dogs.

Most of the Chihuahuas I see are the shivery, pointy-nosed, rat-tailed variety with a perpetually worried look on their faces. Skinnier, too. But this looks like a good base for a toy dog. Pugs arte also fairly popular. Don't know what you'd do with the sort that look like animated slippers.

I think JOdel, you'll find that's the difference between a well breed dog compared to the DIY kind (you get that with any breeds) :)

Well the ones I see are often apparently strays -- although I expect they do have families that feed them, but don't keep them in the yard or house. So they wander.

He is a cutie, and I'd like to know what shader you used to get that shiny, almost metallic, look.

These little things vary quite a bit. And ya gotta imagine the tail up.
Besides size and the 2 different head shapes they shouldn't vary too much (the variation is because of backyard breeders and x-breeds).
Look up the breed standard for show dogs and it will show what the breeds aim for. (there can be differences between show and working tho, just look at the German Shepherd, please don't use the current show version, the working ones are closer to what they are supposed to look like :))
