Rae, I hope that gets taken care of without too much more time and trouble.

We got Seliah's rain too. Cloudy and rainy today.

Morning, my peeps :) And a sunny, breezy day it is. Yesterday's forecast came to naught for us, but neighbouring areas got some heavy downpours.

Rae, that sucks! I do hope you get in again quickly this time with all the required ducks lined up.

Don't know how warm it is here in the wheelhouse but the sun is streaming in and I'm wearing a sundress :) Quite a bit cooler down in the forward cabin but care I? not one bit :)

Afternoon all...
Thanks :) I was supposed to go into surgery next week but the surgeon has left (I was supposed to be his last patient) so the canceled it. I wouldn't have to keep going in and out if they'd just get it done grrrrrrr.
That sucks Rae...are you going public? That is so frustrating when they muck you around like that.

I learned a medical term Tuesday afternoon.
White Coat Effect.
Man did I have it! Or at least something akin to it. The weird part is that it was actually most likely the coffee I'd had just a little while earlier and some things that I was worried about rather than the tooth cleaning I was about to undergo. Dentists have never bothered me but my BP was 126/93! When I took it just a little while ago with a little wrist unit I got Tuesday afternoon it was 115/69 which is normal for me. That's the sort of reading I'm used to seeing in a doctor's office or the hospital.

Only time I've had high BP, other than when I'm exercising at the gym, was when I was walking around with a Kidney Stone back in 2009. My BP then was registering around 154/93. Talk about scary. Then it went back down as soon as the Stone was dissolved.

Mine on Tuesday was about that Miss B, then it went really low then when it was stable for a few hours that's when they let me out :)
