What Is Your Favorite TV Show?

Yes and the young attorney from JAG appeared in a later episode of NCIS.

Lorraine

The Wicked Witch of the North
Watched a really old NCIS last night, with Kate and a youthful DiNozzo. Gibbs and Ducky looked no different to now. Very enjoyable :)

Yes, I liked Sasha Alexander in NCIS better than her current role in Rizzoli & Isles.

Haven't seen that one, Miss B. But then, haven't seen most of the shows you chaps talk about :)

Yeah, Barry rips that cowl off his head at the drop of a proverbial hat.

Now this a problem I have with the big budget summer movies of DC. Heroes have a secret identity for a reason and almost every movie they seem to have their identity exposed. Even Dawn of Justice left this as a huge plot hole. Lex Luthor knows his identity, knew Wonder Woman's identity and you're saying he wouldn't reveal it out of spite? Geez, it took Lois Lane about 50 years in the comics to realize that Clark and Superman were the same guy! Whatever happened to "If they knew my secret identity they would be able to go after those I love."

I did like the moment EARLY in the movie when Green Lantern's girl took one look at that tiny mask and knew who he was but Batman would NEVER reveal his secret willingly.

I won't reveal any spoilers, but this week, Barry was actually running around in his uniform but without his cowl on. (do we still have that head banging against a wall emoji?)

So how about if we expand this thread and include renderers of any of our Favorite TV Show characters?

Recently a friend who'd been collecting my images shared (because I had foolishly lost them somehow) some downloaded copies of artwork I done in 2005 - keep that date in mind when you look - back at the time these were the best I could do of my favorite TV characters - Stargate SG1 and Smallville:
SG1A.jpg

I can only assume these were done with the generation three of Vicki and Michael but since I dug up the images I don't have any of the credits

Another TV show that was short-lived was Disney's "Dinotopia" so I did this:

Dinotopia is available on DVD and is still one of my most favorite short-lived series !!!!!

I'm going to try again using Dawn and Dusk (especially for Stargate ) when I get around to it… And certainly I will be using Dinoraul's dinosaurs that I've been collecting over the years for my interpretation of Dinotopia scenes. :)

This was what I liked a lot about the Toby Maguire Spider Man. That Moment of all the tension in the Apartment when the drop of blood hits... and I thought William Dafoe played it great with the expressions, like he Knew, but didn't know...and just had to confirm when he met peter and grabbed his arm... So disappointing in the third movie though, and dislike all the reboots.

I rather liked Tony Stark coming out as Iron Man, the way Robert Downey played him I thought was spot on from what I remember from the comics (though he did have secret I.D. in the comics, with his ego I could see him coming out publicly). Though I am disappointed that it seems every super hero now has public ID. I do feel it ruins a lot of the potential for drama.

With Dawn of Justice, there were things I liked and Disliked, same for Avengers 3... errr... Civil War (generally really enjoyed Civil War though). Though, at this point, I feel Hollywood/the powers that be have ruined one of my childhood favorite movie experiences (Star Wars). It's a real shame too, as it seems that Japan Studios too are starting to pander to just what's popular rather than maintain flow in ongoing legacies as they have ruined my other favorite childhood series (Macross).

Well, Batman and Superman both have secret IDs, but it does seem like they're about the only two left who do. One of the things I've disliked about the Supergirl tv show is that everyone seems to know her id and now by extension, Superman's.

No one can keep a secret on these shows and when they do, they get chewed out by someone for keeping things a secret. When did keeping secrets become such a big taboo?

Gotta agree, part of the mystique of having a secret identity made things a bit more fun and interesting.

The thing I hated about a secret ID, especially with Superman was he put on a pair of glasses and BAM no one knew who he was. At least Batman had half his head covered.
And I reeeeaaaallllyyy hate how the blacken the eyes inside a mask, if you need to get changed quickly back to the secret ID there is no way in hell that stuffs coming off in a hurry (I know, I've woken up looking like that an the rare occasions I've worn makeup :p)

aaaarrrrggghhh Bitten has been cancelled :(

Yay! Galavant has been cancelled! (now my hubby can't torture me with it :D)

Nooo! they cancelled Agent Carter :(

I don't really care that they've cancelled Under the Dome, I just want to know what it was all about :)

I knew about Bitten. Agent Carter was killed so I guess she's no more unless she gets some magical reincarnation.

Not sure, maybe they visited that time period. I just read about her demise. I haven't watched the show. I've watched and really like Daredevil and Jessica Jones.
