I have a Belgian Shepherd/Husky cross so of coarse I can't wait for a husky/malamute and/or German Shepherd (as I think a Belgian would be too specialised) :D

I just push and pull polys around in Carrara to get something different whilst waiting the long wait :(

Thanks Sparky, it was a very quick test to see what the LAMH preset CWRW did (I think it was short 2) would look like (I chose the short preset because I think her long one has long hair on the legs too). If my poor computer didn't crash when I try and do my own LAMH I'd have a go but I can't :( presets are fine but as soon as I touch them to tweak or create new it chucks a wobbly. Definitely needs playing with the morph in conjunction with the LAMH to help with the realism (and a dedicated LAMH wolf/husky coat preset).

Interesting, I keep hearing the woes of LAMH, (and dforce too), but don't seem to have them myself and its not like I am running a super computer or something

I think they are ok if they are for your own use but not to sell/give away.
But if you ask Chris or Lisa they might be ok with making it an official release since they are both HW models and they did release some for Dusk/Dawn/Luna so they can wear each others clothes? (and if they are ok, it would be awesome to have ones for the cats too!)
Wouldn't they be ok since it would require the original .obj files for either or both original animals to work?

Hi Earl, the Hivewire puppy is in the HW store but if you're after the tiny baby pup that one's at Sparky's own website.

Wouldn't they be ok since it would require the original .obj files for either or both original animals to work?
Only the original creator of both figures can legally create a clone. It would be up the original creator (in this case HW) to approve of the release.

Sparky has a chihuahua morph on her site. Philosophers Egg. Also a chug (chihuahua/pug cross breed).

Oh? So maybe it wasn't called a clone but i remember and have many figures developed off existing figures that required the orignal .obj fle to use and as long as you had that in your runtime GEOMETRIES folder you were good to go....what was that called?
It's a Labrador. As is the base dog. It should take whatever breed morph you decide to dial in. How much to dial may depend on breed.
So tthe newborn puppy will take morphs for the dog too or just the bigger puppy?

Yeah, it will take them, but I suspect you'd need to be subtle with it. Newborn pups are pretty amorphous regardless of breed.

Pretty much all new born pups look the same (or at least VERY similar), just the colouring that differs usually.

If you don't already know what kind of dog I have, I bet you couldn't guess, he's about a week old here. (I think he kind of looks like a pug puppy but he definitely isn't lol)

Also this is my hubby's hairy arm, not mine hahaha

There are 4 varieties of Belgian Sheepdogs, they are mainly separated by coat type, the Malinois is short-haired, the Groenendael is long-black-haired (Chilli's dad was a Groen), the Tervuren which is long-haired and the Laekenois which is a wire-coated.

The Malinois and Dutch Shepherds look almost like each other except Dutchies only come in brindle colours, while there is similarities to the German Shepherd, you can see the difference when you know what to look for. People often think the Belgian is a skinny German or GSD crossed with something else because they don't know about the Belgian (they also say that temperament wise Malinois are like GSD on crack).
