Vernon returns with the trunk. And the mice.
Snape uses the snow globe to draw the poison out of Harry. Harry is no longer poisoned, but he is not well. The poison did damage and he needs to rest and recover. He feels much better, though, and Snape comments that the fatigue poisons have also been drawn out. Harry remembers this comment later.
Petunia is making dinner.
Meanwhile, the owls get their dinner.

Dinner is served. It's a good dinner, because Petunia is a good cook and wants to rub Snape's face in that fact (that'll show him!). Harry isn't up to normal food, so it's beef tea and toast for him.
Dinner is also tense. Dudley and Vernon manage to keep their heads down, but Petunia is spoiling for a fight. Snape loses his temper. Harry gets Snape's wand away from him before he hexes anyone. Which turn's Snape's wrath against him.
Petunia doesn't know when to quit and provoked Harry -- while he is holding a wand. He hexes her with unintentional magic and passes out, since he really isn't up to performing magic right at that moment.

Snape gets his wand back, freezes the Dursleys in place, undoes the hex, charms a chair to carry Harry up the stairs and put him to bed.

He locks Vernon into the cupboard under the stairs for the night, binds and gags Petunia, and intimidates Dudley into helping him dealing with her. He has the chair take her up to be locked into Harry's room for the night.

He locks Vernon into the cupboard under the stairs for the night, binds and gags Petunia, and intimidates Dudley into helping him dealing with her. He has the chair take her up to be locked into Harry's room for the night.

After leaving Petunia in Harry's locked room and sending Dudley off to the guest room for the night (to keep him away from the phone and computer in his own room) the endurance potion is wearing off fast. Snape has the chair take him to the master bedroom and put him on the bed, where he lapses into unconsciousness.
Harry wakes in the middle of the night. Hedwig, who is recovering from her poisoning as well, is also in the room. When he speaks to her she takes flight and tries to land on a lamp. That doesn't go well.
Paniced, Harry checks Snape, who is on the other bed.
Snape hasn't moved. Not even a twitch. Is he dead!?
Harry checks with a feather. Snape is still breathing. But only slightly. And he's cold. In fact, ice seems to be forming on his robes. He sends Pigwdgeon, who is still at the Dursleys', off with a panicked message to Dumbledore.
And that is when Harry remembers the comment about the fatigue poisons which Snape extracted from him. Snape had been looking tired after removing the poisons from Harry.
He grabs the snow globe and tries to extract the "fatigue poisons" from Snape.
His message did not reach Albus, but Minerva, who comes to investigate. She tells Harry that Snape has gone "dormant", and may not wake for a while. (n this fic it is suggested that Snape may not be completely human.)
Minerva sends Harry back to bed, and tells him that she will send some help.
In the morning Dobby has joined the household.
Feeling hungry, and not wishing to distract Dobby from preparing breakfast for everyone, Harry tries to summon some cereal, using Snape's wand.
...which summons it through the glass kitchen door without opening it first.

Dudley and Harry manage to get rid of Dudley's gang, but the afternoon devolves into "one thing after another".
Vernon gets moved from the cupboard under the stairs to being locked in the downstairs bathroom instead.
Draco Malfoy and his goons show up disguised as Death Eaters and gets his nose broken after being punched by Dudley.
Snape wakes up and sorts that out. But the dinner that is in the oven is ruined, and there are no more groceries to make a new one.
Vernon attacks Harry -- while Harry is holding a wand again -- and gets turned into a toad.
Petunia escapes and attacks Snape (more than once) and gets turned into the shrew she is so insistent on being.
Harry can't make a dinner out of nothing and throws the job to Dudley.
Dudley knows how to order pizza.
With all of the unauthorized magic going on. Snape is expecting the Aurors at any moment. He alerts the Order.
Instead, they get Dememtors. (Umbridge is on the job still.)
And fortunately the Aurors show up at roughly the same time, and even more fortunately, it's Shacklebolt and Tonks. They know the Demetors have no business being there, and promise to investigate.
Snape is still fairly exhausted and considers himself to not be up to the challenges of dealing with Potter and the Dursleys.
Vernon and Petunia are disenchanted and Obliviated. Dudley promises to say nothing of what happened. Harry is moved to #12 Grimauld Place to rest and recover from the poisoning. Dudley asks Harry to write to him once he's back at Hogwarts.
After school starts up again, Harry writes with some information which he suspects relates too Snape. I'm not going to post the image, since it's someone else's work and I just adapted it. (This is a personal reading copy, so I feel no shame) But if you want to get the idea, Google "fossegrim" and check the images. I suspect you'll have no trouble figuring out which one I used.
