I am SO glad you're back!

Yeah, it's funny but if you follow the workings from the handle to the scissor lift, you can actually see how turning the handle would lift the table up to the press. And by turning the handle of the press, it will lower down to meet the table. The only thing missing is the type setting. It would have been a separate piece nearby that the printer could use to create the pages. The rack at the end of the table was for the hand written work, I believe, so that he printer could follow it when setting up the type. I am also not sure how the type face would attach to the press. But as a static prop, it looks pretty cool.

I am going to package it up tomorrow and upload it to ShareCG. As soon as I do, I'll post a link here.

This looks great! And yes, I'll be able to texture it now it's uved. Cool! My steampunk renders thank you :)

How many different textures/shaders did you use? It might be easier just to texture without templates and just have a textures folder in the runtime with pose files to apply. I'd be happy to do that if there weren't too many different textures to apply.

By the by, we have Super Bowl all over our news today. Considering NZ doesn't even PLAY American football, it's quite funny to see. Did your team win?

Teehee! You're so right Rokket, this hobby is supposed to be fun and 99% of the time it is. It's that other 1% that my computer fears ;)

Alright! 8 more hours and I'll have it uploaded to ShareCG. Then we will see some renders, right?

I bought an HP desktop about then too but all that's left of it is the monitor and mouse. My darling son has replaced everything in the box and then the box itself when it became too small. I get all the replaced parts to his computer as he upgrades. I is one spoilt mum :)

Lucky you! My kids are too young to do that for me. It's ok, though. One day soon.

I am lucky. In so many ways. Lucky he likes to hang out with me, that we like the same geeky stuff (Marvel movies, Minions, Lord of the Rings books), that he loves my boat as much as I do (he lived on her with me from 14 to 18 years old), and that he's an computer whizkid!

My daughter and I share a love of music. We both sing and play guitar. Too bad I can't always play due to the arthritis, but we still have some pretty nice jam sessions.

Those are memories she will keep forever Rokket. :)
When I turned 18 and stayed with my grandmother in Albuquerque to try to go to collage when my mother and brother moved to her next job the thing I missed most was sitting at the piano singing with her while she played. My hands are too small to really play any stringed instrument. When I was trying to learn violin I should have stayed with a 3/4ths size instrument instead of full sized when I went to HS.

I gave her her guitar. It was one that I bought in Japan and had it sitting doing nothing. She came up to me one day and asked me when I was going back to Japan. I told her I didn't know, then asked her why she wanted to know that. She then asked me if I would buy her a guitar. I told her no. But I would give her mine, on the condition that it's not something she will try for a week and then put down. She surprised me with how fast she learned. She's a good player and and excellent singer. I am a proud papa!
