@Satira Capriccio What has you stunned? The election? Sorry I am not really keeping up with stuff just now
You're not the only one.I'm stunned.
EXACTLY!!Yes. I understand being so very tired of all the dishonesty and corruption in politics. And it's very clear politicians really do not understand how far they are from the concerns of the "common" folk.
I do wonder if Trump and his supporters still believe the election was rigged. One supporter apparently said that Trump won in spite of the election being rigged. Seriously ... if the election was rigged, Clinton would have won by a landslide. Corruption never does thing in tiny doses.
I became seriously ill. You're not the only one.
Ohhhhh, I've never been one to wake up quite that early. Even when I was still working, I never got out of bed before 7:00am, and now in my retirement years, I'm lucky if I'm out of bed before 10:00am or 11:00am.haha I woke up around 4, big storm last night so the room had that kinda cool but kinda humid quality at the same time and since I get up around 5 normally I new I wouldn't get back to sleep
now that its 5 I'm going to start hunting for food. (pretzels and rice pudding and all the wonderful food on CWRW thread has me starving!)
I have no idea, I have been told a number of times they are poison for cats too yet she ate a ton of the bloomin things and never even got sickDreamer, are cats fine with sultanas/raisins? I know 8 are enough to kill a dog.
Oh I so hate that feeling. They've been doing a lot of construction work in this neighborhood, including our building, and they start at 9:00am and don't quit (except for an hour for lunch) until 5:00pm, and there have been times when I'm ready to take a nap in the middle of the afternoon, simply because they woke me up with all the drilling and banging. ~sheesh~10.16am here and I'm awake. I forgot to mute my phone and someone rang me. So I'm awake and tired and I want to not be. Sigh.
YIKES, I wouldn't like that either. The only road construction I see here at late hours are the highways, but not regular streets, nor the subways and/or elevated trains. They usually do the trains on the weekends, so the rush hour transit isn't affected that much.Bad enough when I'm home with a migraine and they are jackhammering during the day, but there is never an excuse for construction in the wee hours of the morning!
