I understand that beetle is quite a crop pest... I did it simply because it's a handsome-looking beetle. My childhood memory beetle in this set is the click beetle. I can still remember that distinctive click as it leaped into the air. The set came into existence because I had several requests for cockroaches and I really wanted to do a lightning bug/firefly.
