Napalm, that's a gorgeous image. I really like he painting type of style to it. Nice use of the mane and tail pack, too.

This one is totally Miss B's fault, from her comments over on Nataani's development thread!

And yes. This one is postwork for color correction, a little bit of extra blur and sharpness in a few spots. I couldn't fix the one divot in the suit jacket because of the ongoing issues with my computer (Corel will register brush strokes, but not actually paint or clone anything and I haven't figured out GIMP's cloning yet).

Suit is OOT's Dolce Vita for M4, converted to Dusk via Crossdresser, then autofitted (we really need projection templates for him!!) to him inside of DS.

Hair is Hesperia hair from 3Dream, and the classroom is a combination of stuff from Maclean and Ironman and Poserworld and some other vendors all thrown together.

This is actually the one pose that has Nataani standing with the hat in his hand; I just altered the position of the left hand to accomodate the marker.

I had one who looked a little bit similar to Nataani (but he wore his hair in a ponytail down his back and usually flopped his jacket over the chair while he was teaching because he was basically all over the classroom lol -- very energetic man)... he was very soft-spoken, and had a very long fuse... but he did have some strict standards and he did not go easy on you with the work.

If you did your work, he'd work with you, if you tried to buck you work, he'd call you to carpet... he was a really good teacher... my 7th grade science teacher... learned my love of science in that class, and no it wasn't because of the teacher's looks, he was just so dang enthusiastic about the subject! LOL

When I went back to college for another degree, I thought the one subject that would really bore me to death was Statistics, but we had such a great teacher, that I not only got an A, I actually enjoyed the class. He just made it so interesting, I couldn't wait to try out the examples he posted as we learned new things in class.

That's the kind of teachers I wish I'd had back in high school. Then I would've enjoyed college the first time around, instead of just putting up with it.

Troof! Probably why I love English so much. We had the BEST teacher in college and I just love everything to do with the English language. Also, I did an online archaeology course with the most AMAZING teacher and I actually finished the course and got my certificate. First one I've been motivated enough to complete.

I've taken dozens of online classes, and I can honestly say, only one did I not like the instructor. I got through the class OK, because his teaching assistant was good, and interesting.

I don't like classes that are just watching videos...and have managed to mostly pick them. Brown Uni's Archaeology's Dirty Little Secrets was so different and fun. Each week Sue uploaded new stuff answering things that were brought up in the previous week and it helped to that she was a comedian...so funny. That's the way to my heart...humour.

I think it's the mustache in this render that creates that effect.

I am finding that he's very, very versatile so far, though. I'm trying to kind of show that with the promo renders also, which is why I decided to keep this one as an artistic example for the end of the promo renders. But overall, I think he's pretty versatile. The full beard and goatee options have a tendency to make him look Caucasian, the mustache 1 (which is in use for this classroom render) tends to make him look very much Yupik/Eskimo/Inupiat in appearance, all without changing any of his actual morph dials. Different hairs in use have the same effect with him. So yeah; I think he will be quite versatile... it's going to be fun to see what folks do with him once they are able to get their hands on him. ^_^

I have to admit that for me, the Eskimo/Yupik/Inupiat type "feel" is his "natural state" in my head - so that is probably what we will see on the main product render. But I've been trying to mix up clothing and hairs and face options with the different promos as well to show multiple sides of the character. I'm actually happy with how he came out in the end, and for me, that's a rarity with a character skin! LOL
