rounding out the Poison Dart frog set is the Harlequin Poison Dart frog (shown here with about 10% of the different colorations). Going clockwise from the lower left; Red Bullseye, Yellow Bullseye, Blue Bullseye, Yellow Banded, Yellow Spotted, Brown Bullseye and Orange Bullseye morphs.

The Harlequin is one of the less poisonous frogs, simply causing pain and cramps...

...while the Strawberry Poison Dart frog who produces pumiliotoxin 251D... you can expect convulsions, paralysis and death from him.

Now, that the frogs are done, I have a Superfly and 3Delight version to build and some fune tuning... they'll probably be store ready in a week or so.

I'm also finishing up the Racehorse tack for Harry. That has been a challenge. The Poser versions are complete, but I have lots of weight-map work to do in DS because Poser WM doesn't transfer very well to Studio.

Oh, is that all? :p

Good grief! These are sure not the frogs those princesses should try to kiss in order to turn them into princes!

*sigh* I just realized. I suppose that this now means that we'll need to find ants for the poison dart frogs to eat.

Just re-download it?

Yes, I believe you can just redownload it, the new version went live last night.

I may eventually do ants-- it's funny how my projects spur other ones (and until now, I had no idea there's were so many! lol)...

My African birds needed an environment do I created Safari Camp and African Explorer Clothes (retired). I realized that my Penguins might get hungry so I created Krill (listed as a DAZ original)... after doing Jacanas, I needed water lilies, hence Water Lily Garden. My Hummingbird sets sparked my first plant set, Hummingbird Garden. My Songbird ReMix Hawaii spurred all my other Hawaiian products because the birds needed a Hawaiian environment to live in. Racehorse Tack begat Pixel Downs Racetrack. Duck Pond became necessary after I did my waterfowl series. Kiwis needed a home so Kiwi Habitat became necessary. Nightjars do get hungry so Moths were created. I wanted a decent lizard for my Roadrunner (and also that I love lizards) hence the Lizards sets. The Lizards needed a hi-res place to live, hence Sagebrush and Saguaro habitats. I'd been wanting a better frog for years for my herons to chase, so I did frogs which in turn begat a higher res update for Water Lily Garden. So to say that ants might be on the horizon for my hungry frogs and birds? That's probably a given...

LOL!

And yes, Ken's right, simply re-download. You'll note that the ReadMes will indicate an update dated 5-19-2017

Hmmm I have a really accurate red ant model (which I can change to another color easily)... I find I have a DESPARATE need for DRAGONFLIES!!! Any chance of doing those? I've had to resort to photos, cause my old one from another vender is well... uh.... But really, I bet one you would do would be a real hot seller ... probably over ants IMHO.....it takes so LONG to put a lot of ants in a scene... (I finally rendered a few and make do with those pngs... :) )

Come to think of it, what birds EAT dragonflies? I mean something must be a predator of them? Anyway they would be so beautiful in a scene like your new water lily garden ...

PS.... I watched PBS's Plants Behaving Badly -- about pitcher plants and one of your little poison dart frogs LIVE IN THE PITCHERS ! How cool is that!?

The red ant (Harvester ant) is a local one for us... in fact, the Los Angeles Museum of Natural History comes to our yard 4-5 times a year to collect Harvester ants and other insects for study and their exhibits. If (I guess I really mean...) when I do ants, there will be a number of species represented including the South American ones for the PD Frogs. By the way, a Harvester sting is a 3 out of 4 on the Schmidt Pain Index (real interesting Podcast in this link).

I already have damselflies on my list-- which isn't a far cry from dragonflies.... numerous birds eat them, in fact our Black Phoebe is chowing down on them right now, hovering around our pond. Here's a list: Who eats who?
