A couple I've seen of late:

Contents 100% Girl/Boy, Contents 100% Mischief, Wild Child, Born to be Wild all on t-shirts and Warning - Little Kid in a Big Yellow Raincoat on the back of a rain slicker.

Edit: Just remembered one of my favourites. A little boy with toon skull and crossbones with the words Trainee Pirate below on his sweater!
