With Pettigrew's capture, Sirius Black's exoneration is possible, and despite attempts to drag the matter out, it is accomplished. Due to the forced time-out that Harry held him to his health check is also not overly delayed. Albus does stick his oar in and Harry is still officially stuck with the Dursleys.But Sirius has visitation rights and things are certainly looking up.
