How BIG can I make a library thumbnail?

For later versions of poser, you can use any size you want. I have scene renders as thumbnails for the scene itself. Poser 11 will shrink it to 128x128 for the tree, 200x200 for the list and 400x400 for the extended details panel. Poser 2012 and 2014 will do 203x203 for the tree and list and 1024x1024 for the extended details panel. Of course, as Alisa said, stores have their limits too so you might not want to go that large.
