Getting order mail for an order placed on December 29, 2015

I got four as well--glad to hear that it's just a server thing and that Hivewire didn't get hacked or anything.

I got three of them, and I thought it strange that they were for purchases dated back in January, but I couldn't find any others with those invoice numbers. Really weird, but glad it was just a server hiccup.

Maybe when the server war restarted, it jogged its memory "Hey, remember those emails you didn't send out - SEND THEM!"

We did have some issues with emails sending earlier this year, so it IS quite possible that the server reboot prompted those old emails to be sent.

I never even noticed that I didn't get the emails originally.

I didn't either. Until today.

We all know how to get to our Download area and didn't need to wait for the email, and just never noticed. Since I save all my order confirmation emails as proof of purchase, I could check to see if this one ever arrived and it did not - until this morning.

All is ok, everyone. Just found out the server was restarted last night and the emails were just a hiccup. Sorry for the confusion and concern!
