Yes, I found their response was fairly quick, though mine was just a question, and not a problem needing resolution.
I thanked them and asked a further question regarding activation as I was unable to deactivate the version that crashed and again that was answered in very short period of time. Yesterday I installed Poser 11 on my old system as a backup and at worst I also have Poser 2014 installed on both systems so although I would miss superfly and area lights until it was sorted I could still play in Poser.
I remain impressed with SM tech support though.
