In the definitions, "DAZ Gen 4" = V4/M4. It's not immediately obvious to those looking for M4 and V4 under M and V in the long list. The definitions ship with the script, and are contained in the file "Legacy figure defintions.defs".

Clarification and update: "EZSkin 3.1" has the figure definitions in it. The new and latest "EZSkin 3.2 (Updated version maintained by Y-Phil)" doesn't, but 3.2 can import the older .def definitions file from the 3.1 .zip file.
