@skylab I think the main ones to post freebies to are Renderhub and Renderosity ;)

onwards and upwards one day at a time.

I'm not doing much today, just tinkering around listening to the rain fall.... a lot of places getting flooded yet again.

Thanks Stezza....that's what I had concluded after spending time this afternoon on Rendo.
No wonder it's quiet around here.

Enjoy the rain and down time...and we'll catch up later.

Stezza, it's a good thing I had heart failure last year and got it over with...because I just discovered ShareCG was down and all my freebies were gone.....and everybody else's stuff too. I noticed they recommended RenderHub as an alternative option, so I've signed up and jumped all the hurdles in order to post free stuff. I have my old freebies on my archive drive...packed away in the closet...so it may take awhile before I can work on those. For now I just did a few Andy single frame poses and one animated pose to try out the uploading process. It's here at the link below, and I'm using the same blue critter as an avatar to keep things simple.

Do you have any idea where folks are posting their freebies now?

Hi Skylab, hope you are getting better and better.
It's good to see creators moving their lost ShareCG stuff to make them available again.
Would you like to be added to the list here?

Riccardo...Thanks for that invitation, and yes, I would like to be included in your list of free content creators.
For now I'm at the RenderHub address until I can join at Renderosity. Thankfully I was able to collect several pose set zips from this thread. It will take awhile before I can access my backups in the archive, but I can be creating new stuff to at least get in the discipline of workflow.

I'll check on joining Rendo today and I'll post a link here if I am accepted...and yes, please do include me on your links page. Thank you so much!

Riccardo...I've joined Rendo and have one Andy poses zip waiting approval for download. I'll let you know when it's ready.
I'll be under the screen name of skylabstudio for my free stuff.

I think at Rendo, thorough product descriptions and accuracy in content are important. And, watch carefully the required sizes of promos and avatar...there's no wiggle room with that...and probably more easily done on a computer rather than a phone.

Do you hear from Elynda? She could get set up at Rendo too....anybody who endured loss at ShareCG.

I tried pulling up ShareCG on the Wayback Archive, and it will show but is a bear to navigate. I saw Karth's page there. It might help someone who needed specific info from their pages.

Let me know if you need any help, or if you decide to set up at Rendo.

Also, what are you hearing about Poser 13....anybody using it?

Also, this is for everyone's benefit, we've lost so many free stuff upload sites, it's almost easier to list what remains. I spent yesterday just surfing to check for props to use for posing projects.
Zippo is still online, and ZME, and there are some things still at Trekki Grrrl, and Rendo free stuff of course, but a lot of older models are MIA. The DAZ free model list pages help locate some stuff, especially those hosted on individual content creator sites. Also, Ricardo mentioned that a list was being compiled to indicate where Share CG users relocated. So, if we pull together, maybe we can land on our feet after all. By now we really ought to be good at recovering from total losses...haha. Hang in there, and spread the word!

I can let her know. I do hear from her now and then.
I haven't heard anything about Poser 13.

More surfing for freebies today. Saw Janet's stuff is on Rendo, and Bionic Rooster is still on Rendo. Gerald Day is still online. And I saw Wayii's stuff on Rendo, under her other screen name.
