Lion And The Unicorn

Okay, so yeah, they are two tigers. I'm sure somewhere in here theres commentary on the colonization of India by the British, but I'm not sure quite what it is.

Do you know what the lion and the unicorn represent?
It's the fight between Scotland and England over who will be the monarch of the UK.
The Lion is England and the Unicorn is Scotland. The Scots were beaten by the English and drummed out of town so therefore you have an English monarch, but when you see the royal seal of the Untied Kingdom you will always see the Lion on the left and the Unicorn on the right.

I didn't know the part about Scotland, thanks! I always just thought the poem was about how the heraldry looked.

Actually because of that I thought of using the leopard texture on my 'lion' since in heraldry the 'lion passant gaurdant' or the lion looking at you and walking instead of rearing was called a leopard. But I liked how the tigers looked, and that's definitely a rampant lion.
