I'm not sure if you can Rokket. Lorraine and I can because we're both CV-Bees (Community Volunteers). I'm not sure if a regular member can. I suppose that's something you could ask LisaB, as she's in charge of all things forum.

That is hot, Rokket, and I'm glad it's not in my part of the Pacific. Mine is living up to its name being as calm and quiet as a millpond. It's bliss actually, after all the wild weather we've had
Today's trip ashore was delayed by some last minute unexpected child minding so I STILL didn't get the doc uploaded. I am going to try and do it on the tablet right now. No guarentees but fingers crossed.

I am glad that he is doing alright, too. I had back surgery in 2001, so I know it can be painful for awhile. Hopefully he won't need the pain meds for too long.
In other news, I talked to the wife about publishing my book. I explained about the cost of a professional editor and I think she might have done a spit take on the other end of the phone.
I also told her about the help I was getting from all of you, and she is happy about that. So I want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for all the help. You will be mentioned in the forward (if you want to give me your real names, that is. I think some of these usernames might look funny).
So here's to finishing this thing! I have 87 pages so far, and I am still stoked about writing it. I am letting the characters drive the story and it's pretty much telling itself, so it's cool...

Something was said years ago that resulted in me never leaving the house unarmed for two years. As far as I know the problem person is still alive and since said person was a bit mentally unstable it's possible the emotions are still the same there.
