I did this song in anticipation a while ago... well not very long ago...
thanks all

I imagine you could use the browser's "Save page as..." function. You'd have to save the images, though, I think. I haven't done this in a while, so I'm not sure, don't remember. Probably, you'd have to look at the HTML to see the folder structure and make that at the destination and put the images in that structure. As the others have said, sad but understandable. Forums don't run or pay for themselves, do they?
I had a look, but couldn't see any direct way of downloading or printing forum posts for posterity. Unless anybody out there can tell me otherwise, I'll assume I need to copy-and-paste anything I want to keep.
Hi Bob , you can click the Sharing icon top right corner then select " Long Screenshot " after you selected post or posts , you can click again share and print post out as image or save it as PDF , at least on my Android phone I can do itI had a look, but couldn't see any direct way of downloading or printing forum posts for posterity. I've been doing that and pasting it into Obsidian as it allows me to put things in folders and name what the thread is.As the others have said, sad but understandable. Forums don't run or pay for themselves, do they?

I must check this out, hopefully it means you don't get all the rubbish that you don't need in a document.Hi Bob , you can click the Sharing icon top right corner then select " Long Screenshot " after you selected post or posts , you can click again share and print post out as image or save it as PDF , at least on my Android phone I can do it

In the Chrome browser, you can select Print... and in the Destination drop-down, select Save as PDF. Few steps, works well. Thanks for that, Long Screenshot sounds useful, even if I do have to divert to my phone to do it.
Another tip that should help de-clutter your archives is to go to your Preferences and de-select the 'Show people's signatures with their messages' - unless of course you want to preserve your fellow members' signatures for posterity.![]()
Yeah you can print directly but it will be the whole tread so you need to select pages if you don't want 100 pages , on the phone Long screenshot is easier for single or multiple answers . At least we have more options. Android Chrome have also print option to PDF .In the Chrome browser, you can select Print... and in the Destination drop-down, select Save as PDF. Few steps, works well.
