The long (blue) one looks like one (or maybe two) vehicle repair shops. Low door for cars, high bay for delivery trucks. Assuming shallow front offices, these could contain several work bays inside.
The other has a door for tractor/trailer rigs with a raised deck (receiving dock). That's the incoming material. The high door is for the finished product which is tall and has to be loaded on flat beds. (Maybe raw steel pipe and bars to create crane booms or support structures.)
I would alert the building inspectors that it looks like an electrical line and a drain line are entering through the same hole in the wall. Typically a no-no in building codes to mix electricity and water.
Then again, I could be completely wrong and had nothing better to do than overanalyze a very nice looking set of buildings. Great touches on the smaller one with door lighting fixtures and sign brackets.

It’s either a group of buildings from an industrial estate (don’t know the UK version of that term, but it’s sort of like a specially zoned subdivision with small factories and repair shops and no residential structures)...
Or it’s my old neighborhood in Long Island City where I grew up... that was full of these sorta places.
The blue one looks like an auto repair or metal fabricator’s shop... places that do welding often have those rigs out back... also places that sell heavy stock like steel beams and profiled metals.
You drive the flatbed truck under the hoist to load/unload.
The loading dock on the orange one suggests a shipping and receiving set up...
The other one is not defined enough yet so
Another alternative could be it’s an area for having a dignified and totally not insane press conference...
In which case...
The blue one is a Landscaping business
The orange one is a Porno shop
And the last one is going to be an industrial Crematorium?

Last minute edit... my brain is stupid, there are two, not three...
So no third one... can’t have a totally not insane press conferences I guess...

One could still make the blue building a landscaping company I suppose... it even has the diamond hazard warning sign in more or less the same spot as the famous conference center... a couple trillion posters on the door and nobody wouldn’t think it’s a fancy hotel!…
I think the sign is a fire code though... so no posters over that.
I thought there was a third yellow building... maybe I looked at a lemon after I looked at the picture?
In my brain’s defense, it has no defense it was arguing with my spleen and became distracted when the kidneys started giving their opinion... then my liver started complaining about the alcohol content of my blood and “blah-blah-blah” it all became a big mess with all the organs blaming the brain for stuff...
And P.S.... they look great!
