I'm the baby of the family.
There were 5 of us total, lost the oldest brother in 63 at age 23 due to car wreck and my sister at age 53 in 95 due to cancer.
The next oldest brother is 5 years older than me and the other one is 17 months older.
We have an adopted sister who is 13 years younger than me, she is the daughter of my oldest brother.
Her mother had died when she was just a year old.
Lawyer got Mom an adoption instead of guardianship.

I'm the "baby" in my family too, though I only had one older brother who passed 9 years ago this coming June, just 3 weeks after his 77th birthday. He had gone through 2 bypass surgeries over the years, so it wasn't a total shock.

One, I will join the others in mentioning that I'm the baby of the original set. Though we all have offspring as well as both parents, I'll always be the youngest. (Both parents! How amazing is that? They are both pushing 90. The showoffs! )

and just a note, Lisa from Support added my birthday reward points this morning. Considering I submitted the ticket on the weekend, it's actually jiffy service! She even wished me a happy birthday.
