Dose any one know if they have added the dreaded "must be on a machine permanently connected to the internet to run" bs?
That tends to be a deal breaker for me

I don't know; I *did* notice that they stressed that the license is permanent (not subscription vaporware). But I don't know if it checks for licensing over the internet. Over the next days, I'll watch my firewall for internet permission requests from Silo 2021 (I can't check Milo because my old machine won't run Milo).

Oh one other question for those far more familiar with silo.
How do you set groups? Say you have a long cylinder that you are wanting to rig in DS as a hose, how can you set up the groups in silo to take the bones in DS?

Well, I went ahead and grabbed it at the discount. Don't know when I'll be using it, but it will be there when I'm ready to try again.
