Renderosity is generously putting products which were purchased at HiveWire 3D and are now sold at their store into customer accounts by gifting them. That is sad to hear. Books just aren't appreciated anymore it seems. I prefer books myself, and I prefer offline media. While there are lots of great tutorials for lots of things on Youtube, now that Youtube has disabled downloading unless you pay extra I hate watching the videos.

Give me a manual or a magazine I can refer to at will any day.

In fact, my drawing skills really took off once I purchased a book titled "How to Draw Comics The Marvel Way" by Stan Lee and John Buschema. Before that it was a comic book series called How to Draw Robotech. Silly, huh?

I have to agree, I much prefer a physical book to a digital version - possibly down to the fact that I spent 25 years or so in IT staring at screens! I can appreciate the utility of an ebook readrer, they are just not for me.
