I was very much tempted to picture the dog differently, but the thought that it might look like the kitten was being eaten made me chicken out...In spite of the fact a dog eating a kitten can be seen in some corners as funny I decided to use Velcro strips to "stick" the kitten to the dogs face....

Actually I had an Irish setter mix that adopted some kittens and she did carry them by the nap of the neck when they got bigger, but at first she cradled them in her mouth , their momma wasn't thrilled with sharing but eventually gave in

I don't think I've ever seen a dog riding in a car that didn't have its head out the window. Well, not full grown dogs in any case. Small puppies no, as they can't reach their heads out the windows.
